# Ranked Mode

Ranked Mode offer a competitive platform for players to test their skills against each other. Key features of this mode include:

* **Competitive Play**: Ranked Mode is designed to be highly competitive, pitting players against one another in a structured format. This mode is ideal for those who seek to challenge themselves and climb the ranks of Battle Blitz's competitive scene.
* **Entry Fee**: Players can participate in Ranked Mode by paying an entry fee in Battle Blitz Tokens (BBT).
* **Prizes**: Winners and top performers in Ranked Mode matches can earn Limited Edition characters, exclusive to tournament victors, and/or Battle Blitz Tokens.

> The difference in BBT paid in as the entry fees and the BBT paid out in prizes is burned. For example, in a tournament of 100 players with a 5 BBT entry fee and a prize of 100 BBT, the remaining 400 BBT would be burned

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://bb.flamestore.xyz/battle-blitz-token/ranked-mode.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
