# Battle Blitz Governance

The Distribution of Games DAO, LLC is governing Battle Blitz, there will not be a separate legal entity. 

Players with Battle Blitz Tokens will be able to vote in a Battle Blitz specific [Snapshot](https://snapshot.org) that sets direction and roadmap of the game. All votes are majority rules using Snapshot's `ERC-20-balance-of` voting roles.
